May 11th, 2023 - PASTELS project visit to SIET
Simulating the thermal-hydraulics with experimental studies
On May 11th, a visit to SIET was organized by the representatives of the organizations participating in the European project PASTELS (2020 - 2024).
The overall objective of the PASTELS project is to enhance Europe's capability, in the civil nuclear field, to design and deliver innovative passive safety systems, simulate their behavior and support safety demonstration.
As part of the PASTELS "Annual progress meeting", organized by ENEA in Bologna, the participants had the opportunity to visit SIET's offices, laboratories and experimental facilities.
