December 6th - 7th, 2022 - ELSMOR TANDEM Workshop

The ELSMOR TANDEM Joint Workshop took place in Brussels on December 6^th and 7^th, 2022.

SIET is involved in experimental campaign on ELSMOR facility. During the joint meeting, SIET presented the status of completion of the facility and the early shake down test results.

The foreseen test matrix is going to be completed by January 2023.

We remind that TANDEM is a 36-months project which aims to develop methodologies and tools to facilitate the safe and efficient integration of SMRs into smart low-carbon hybrid energy systems. SMRs can be integrated into hybrid energy systems to work in tandem with other energy sources, storage systems and energy conversion application to provide not only electricity but also heat and hydrogen to meet growing energy demands.
